Delete your data

If for any reason you should wish to delete your user and all related data.

Web

• Go to User menu -> Manage
• At the end of the page, enter your username and press 'Delete account'
• On following popup confirm deletion

Alternatively account can be delete also trough mobile app

Android

• Go to Subscription and Cloud menu
• You must be logged in with the account you want to delete
• Press 'Delete user'
• For confirmation, enter your username and confirm deletion

IOS

• Go to Cloud menu -> Manage account
• You must be logged in with the account you want to delete
• Press 'Delete account'
• For confirmation, enter your username and confirm deletion

*User account will be deleted immediately after the final deletion confirmation. All related data will be deleted approximately one month after the user deletion.
