The Devices page manages GPS tracking hardware (Teltonika devices) installed in a vehicle. Here you can see paired devices, add a new one, and link it to a vehicle.
Automatic start configures the rules that make a tracker automatically start and stop recording a trip (e.g. when the vehicle's ignition turns on).
Live tracking shows paired devices' locations and any trips currently in progress on a live map.
